Liana Hathaway
Liana is an entrepreneur. She has successfully started and managed several businesses in the past 25 years. She has spent the past 10 years as a successful business owner of a Food Brokerage / Trading company. Prior to starting her own business she was employed for 17 years in corporate America as an executive for American Stores Company. In that position she was responsible for marketing in several different states across the country.
Over the past several years Liana has also taken a keen interest in real estate. Her interests were limited to investing in properties, building and remodeling. The remodeling and building part has gained her tremendous experience in which she brings to Wasatch Front Property Management to manage the everyday repairs and remodels for our clients. Owning rental properties also fuels her passion to manage others investments in the same way she does her own.
Tiffany McCray
Tiffany, a property manager for Wasatch Front Property Management.
Responsibilities: all accounting, advertising vacant homes/apartments, finding responsible and fit tenants to lease to, being available for tenants & owners at all times (days, nights, & weekends) - available to handle any maintenance problems that come up and available for any other questions they may have, finding ways to increase the owners' value of their properties.
Tiffany moved to Salt Lake City from Rancho Cucamonga, California in 2001 to attend the University of Utah where she graduated with a bachelor's degree in economics and business. In 2003, one year was spent attending SUNY Stony Brook, in New York on a National Student Exchange program.
Formally, she was an account executive for Hathaway Marketing Group. There she was responsible for increased sales of many product lines. This was achieved by store sales contests and promotions. Other responsibilities included customer service to all vendors and managing and training all retail representative employees.
Thomas Wright
Thomas has implemented many successful real estate marketing strategies and ventures. Currently, Thomas is the Managing Broker for Summit Sotheby's International Realty in Salt Lake City. Prior to joining Sotheby's in 2008, Thomas was ranked the third highest producing agent of all agents in Prudential Utah Real Estate along the Wasatch Front.
Formerly, Thomas was named the vice president of marketing for Coldwell Banker Premier Realty, one of the leading multi-office Coldwell Banker affiliates in the country. Responsibilities included management of a multi-million dollar marketing budget that included print advertising, newspaper advertising, development of Internet marketing initiatives, publication of a monthly Buyer's Guide, marketing research, competitive analysis, and internal marketing for retention and recruiting of real estate agent and brokers. Prior to Coldwell Banker, Thomas was a partner and COO at Medical Realty Advisors, a privately owned commercial real estate and commercial property management company that specialize in the healthcare industry. He joined Medical Realty Advisors in 1997 as the Director of Operations. Under his direction a cost-cutting program was adopted, reducing the Company's overhead by 30%. During his tenure as COO, he identified growth opportunities for the Company, developing a business plan and establishing strategies that increased brokerage listings by 20%, leasing commission by 35% and property management contracts by 40%. Because of that growth, the Company was sold to PM Realty.
Thomas holds Bachelor of Arts degrees in Russian and Marketing from the University of Utah, where he played on the Varsity Golf Team for four years.
