It will show rent collected, management fee deductions, itemized maintenance, and your net dollar amount. We also send you a three ring, tabbed binder to insert your statements as you receive them. This binder is set up for you to organize your statements and maintenance receipts for the entire year. We want to make your taxes easy at the end of each year.
Evictions and Collections:
Unfortunately, there are many tenants that are professional scam artists. That is why we take out extensive screening processes so seriously. The last thing any owner wants is a tenant than knows how to get into a property and stay there legally without paying rent or taking care of the property. We take leases with tenants very seriously. If tenants are late on rent we immediately serve them with a notice to pay rent or quit. By doing this, tenants are able to be quickly evicted.
